Quality is our highest priority here at Skin Collagen. If you feel that a product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for details on how to exchange the product.
Returned products are inspected by our quality team and replaced, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same product, size, flavour or style is not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given.
If any product that is purchased is the result of manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us in advance. The replacement is at the discretion of the management. With all collagen supplement and superfood orders we require that all the returned products are unopened / unused. With other products (not supplements), please note that fault during use, will be subject to checks and we may not be liable if the product has been damaged after being open, used or worn.
You can return your purchase up to 7 days from the date you receive the ordered products. A full refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. A restocking fee of 10 % will be charged for goods that were sold as a discontinued item in our webstore with a super discount (given discount 40% or more). We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods, because the depreciation of the opened and/or part used goods is hundred (100) percent.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods, because the depreciation of the opened and/or part used goods is hundred (100) percent.

We require that the customer has provided us the full bank account details to be able to provide the refund. Any item that is returned, that does not meet our inspection and evaluation from our quality team, will not be eligible for a return. Items must be also free of dirt, odors (i.e. cigarette, sweat, detergent, any sports medication, etc), animal dander, deodorant marks, and any visible signs of wear and tear. Please note that depending on your bank account details, it may take an additional 2-10 business days, after your credit is applied for your account. Will I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, with all the returns the customer takes care of the return shipping costs. If the returned product is faulty and meets the required policies mentioned above, we will cover the return shipping costs, after we have received the faulty item. With these faulty item returns, please add the original postal receipt inside the return package and we will refund you the postal costs after receiving the return shipment. Please notice that we always require the postal receipt and that the return shipment is made through the cheapest possible way as an economy package, that we are able to provide customer the refund for the postal costs in the faulty item returns. With the unwanted goods and goods that need to be exchanged to another product, size or style, the customer is always responsible for paying the return and redelivery costs. Please notice that we will not provide any refund for these postal costs.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post. If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us. If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions, unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit. No refunds can be given until returned goods have been received by our company.
What if I want to return a product that was purchased from a Skin Collagen's retailer/wholesaler other than Skin Collagen?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on any merchandise purchased from our retailers or wholesalers. Please contact the retailer or wholesaler directly for their return policies.
