GREEN COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE

Lovely mixture of greens, fruits, superfoods, coconut milk and quality collagen. One of the easiest ways to get your daily nutrients and this green collagen smoothie also tastes amazing.

By adding hiqh-quality spirulina and collagen powder, you can increase your feel more energized and at the same time boost your metabolism.

  • 1,5 dl coconut milk
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • ½ banana (frozen, if possible)
  • ½ tsp powdered vanilla
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2–1 tsp Hawaiian spirulina powder
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp BODY COLLAGEN powder
  • ice cubes
  • honey or desired sweetener (if needed)

1. Puree all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender until smooth
2. Add ice cubes and blend once more
